The audio meditations below are for use alongside my book, See Love Be.
These ‘moving on’ meditations are for people who have already used the basic meditations which come with the book and want to continue practising with a bit less of the basic guidance. (With the exception of ‘Connecting – the body scan’ which is the original meditation which comes with the book).
If you have not used the meditations that come with the book yet it would be better to start with those.
